Aspiring Virtual Assistant
I began my professional journey in 2016 and have since worked on a multiple customer service role. I take pride in all the task that I do is beyond extra mile. I firmly believe that my hard work will eventually pays off, and I know that each day brings me closer to reaching my goals. I worked as a Ground Handling Agent for almost 3 years in Airline Industry where I was able to assist passengers before and during their flight, I am assigned as well to do administrative task for the airline. While working there I experienced dealing with different passengers, and I practiced my good communication skills in talking to the passengers to cater their needs and handling their concerns without lacking of empathy. I also experience multi tasking because a lot of task arises at the same time in an airline industry, I was trained to work under pressure since there are a lot of pressure in the airline to finish flights smoothly and avoid any lapses and delays.
